There is a DIY here on rt.org I think on how to polish your current tips. If your tips look tired and dirty after polishing they will look brand spanking new.

If you go for the cheap tips you will be sorry. They do not fit well and you will probably retrurn them... Fabspeed makes great tips. Pricey but great quality and fitment. Like Logray says you can always polish your existing tips...

Or if you do decide to get new ones you can go for the black chrome which doesn't show the dirt as much. I have chrome Fabspeed tips on my Turbo and I clean them everyday... Seriously....

DO NOT buy anything from Vivid.. They are the worst...Anyone but them.. You've been warned... :censored:

What I did on my 08 S was buy an extra set thru one of the auto dismantlers, took mine off and had a chrome shop here in LA polish them for $100. They are a T-6 stainless steel that can be polished to look like chrome. Very happy I did that instead of buying some of the expensive chrome tips out there. The dealer even complimented me on the look when I had it in for service.

Ok let me ask is there a major different in how long the Chome tips look clean as opposed to the polished T-6 stainless steel.

Like Tony I also had my OEM tips polished for $80 but the sweet chome look really only lasted about a month.

Anyone out there had both?
