The time has come to change the tyres on my 997-1TT 2008, presently running Pirelli P0, was wondering between the P0 Corsa, the Michelin pilot cup? any other suggestions?

Thanks for all the tips

Francois,

Great to see you here again. The Michelins (Pilot Sport) are still probably the favorite. I go through tires so fast i don't see the need to pay what Michelin wants for those tires. I don't track my car so I have opted for the Bridgestone RE-11"s. They have great dry and wet grip for street use. They are quiet and wear decent. They are about 30% cheaper than the Michelins. I went through the rears in about 6000 miles but that's how I drive.

My friend has a 2007 C4S and has already worn his Pilot Sports to the wear bar in 5000 miles.. He drives hard as well...

Here's a pic (fronts) of the RE-11"s. I'm sure others will chime in here with their recommendations as well (probably tell you that the RE-11's are crap  .)

All the best....
