999 cab top stops half way opening

1999 996 cab top operates, opening half wat and stops, it will then close all the way if wanted finishing complete cycle. had replaced front updated latch 900$, left side potentiometer and front latch micro switch 120$. tested for the full open clam shell reading of 6.2 ohm ok. hydraulic rams are new and bottle if full of hydraulic fluid. when put on calibration mode it will then open the top all the way down and then stay there. ( calibration not possible end possition not reaches) message apears on the PS2. after resetting fault ( 5 time exeeded ) only under calibration is possible to close the top not by the switch. it is the when is possible to operate the top via switch again, meaning when it is in the down possition it just goes completely dead, flaps are dead, clam shell is dead, top is dead. any ideas?
