Hi all, this is my first post. I have an 04 Cayenne S that I've had about 6 weeks. We didn't get the nav disc with the car. Before I go spending money on the nav disc, we were wondering about upgrading the PCM. The only one on the Porsche site seems to be just a replacement for the old one, and is still disc-depended nav. Do any of the newer model PCM's work with the 04, or are there any aftermarket ones that will work in the same space? On crutchfield's site, for the 04 Cayenne, they only show modules that have a screen that slides out and then slides back in. That would leave a ton of empty space that the PCM currently takes up and I can't picture how that would ever look right.

This may be a totally stupid question, but I truly don't know.

Thanks!

I am changing my CD player for an aftermarket unit. I am just ordering the parts and will start taking it apart in a few weeks. I am keeping the Bose system and adapting to it.
