I went to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) site and found two 'Technical Service Bulletins' for my 2010 Cayenne GTS, but cannot find them in the list of TSB's on this site (I am a paying member), so I wonder if they are really TSB's or not.

The two in question are:

TI-54-09-6 'Air Bag Control Unit' dated Oct 19, 2009 (NHTSA Item Number 10033225)

and

TI-41-09-2 'High Pressure Fuel Injectors' dated Oct 19, 2009 (NHTSA Item Number 10033226)

Up until about two years ago Porsche sold TSBs on a yearly subscription basis. Each month you got all the latest TSBs on CD.

Unfortunately they decided to discontinue that program. Now folks have to buy each TSB individually.

The pricing is not too bad at $1.80 each but you can not get "the latest updates". You have to search (each model and year) and then buy each one that you think you might not already have.

What a PIA for shops...

I believe the fuel injector TSB you speak of is just additional diagnosis information for fuel injector issues. TSBs are not always fixes many times they are just additional technical information, troubleshooting, or instructions to install an option or accessory.

I went through the listing on the Porsche PIWIS TSI site and I do not see any TSBs listed for Air Bag Control Unit - so that may be an error.

I had a software update on the airbags and HP fuel pump replacement carried out by the dealer last year on my '09 GTS. Nothing on fuel injectors.
