Fuel smell from exhaust 1999- 911

I just changed my plugs because one day the car ran fine, the next she would just pop and not start. So with new plugs in the engine seems like it want to start but... she won't. I smell fuel from the exhaust. I thinking it's from all the cranking that I did prior to the changing of the spark plugs and the cylinders are flooded with fuel. Any thoughts?

Remove the plugs, inspect the gap, ensure the plugs and gap are correct for this car.

Remove and inspect the coil packs for cracks.

Reinstall everything paying close attention to torque specifications and ensure the wires all click back into the packs.

Try to fire it up again.
