Dear all,

Just wanna say hello to you all on this forum. Hope it will be a good help later for me in case I decide to do some mods :)

I have a 997TT cab, Macadamia color, from 2009.

No mods for the moment! Let's see what I will discover on this forum, that will decide me to do something ;)

I am french and I live between France and Hong-Kong, the car is at the best place : France.

Last summer I drove in south France on Col de Turini (a step of Monte-Carlo rally).

Here is a video I did with the GoPro, I had top down. Put the sound loud on your computer ;)

If you also have a TT cab, then you know already the pleasure :D

Gorgeous car. Don't mod it.

And why not? A few simple mods to the 997TT makes it come alive.. I would never take off my mods... Mine looks completely stock except for the exhaust tips. I love my Turbo  .

Yeah I guess if you have the mod bug why not... but on a car that looks that good already! Why mess with perfection? B)

Change nothing on the outside... Just some little tweaks to the ECU and the exhaust. Makes a BIG difference in performance. My car wants to do a wheelie in first and second gear :clapping: . Makes me smile.....

Take care my friend...

Thanks all!

Yes Philip I read some of your posts and you convinced me to upgrade the ECU / sparks :)

Maybe exhaust too later.

Congratulations on your car! I have a 2008 997 turbo and after proper break-in I replaced the exhaust and intake to improve breathing and sound. Performance also improved noticeably as I went from the the stock 700 cell cats to a 200 cell sport cat along with free flow mufflers. I will probably do a chip and other mods later on but only after it is out of warranty. Enjoy the car. I never get tired of driving mine and look for any reason to take it out and burn some gas.

Just make sure that your dealer is okay wit the ECU upgrade if you're under warranty. Dealers are funny. Some are mod friendly and some are not. Enjoy that beauty! :clapping:
