Does anyone have pictures to show differences of the Auto vs. Manual Climate controls?

Thanks

Hey Da'le, I have a picture but would have to scan it in from a book. Basically, it looks the same except there is an auto button that replaces the A/C Max buttom and the left side of the display indicates the degrees setting.

Since this requires a sun sensor, etc... I am wondering if we will be able to figure out a way to retrofit this in the future. Or, are these other items already present...

Woah woah woah... I am Dale over here.... :)

As far as the retrofit, maybe Tool Pants knows. Sounds like one of those things that could be far from cost efficient.

If you go to the Porsche site and look at the interior pictures, I think you can see it in the shot that includes the shift lever. It doesn't look much different from the automatic. I couldn't see spending the money on it.

I went for the Climate and it's a waste of money in my view. If you want to cool down just get the standard put it on Lo and highest fan setting and save yourselves a load of cash.

Just my 2p or 2cents.

Is the "automatic" control the same as the "standard" control on the 986 - you pick a temperature and it maintains it?
