I was replacing the bulb and while replacing the metal shade/cover inadvertently shorted the terminals!

Result. No power to the lamp.

I can't find a blown fuse, all other lights etc work.and no reference to any interior lights on the fuse map in footwell.

Is there another fusebox....or have I missed something?

Yes, naturally I can see the red arrow, but it is pointing at the top of the dashboard.....

Do you know where it is?

I would be really grateful.

The 80 amp fuse is near the battery. Looks

like part 11 in the picture.

The glove box is a 3 amp light. I would look for a

small fuse on the wire to the light.

Good luck with your search.

Hi Paul,

Many thanks for your reply.

I have looked for the current distributor (11) that is nicely displayed on the + ve cable from the battery in the schematic. The lead dissapears into the bulkhead.... Luck is certainly what is needed!

I have another picture but it only shows the

3amp light bulb.

I would phone Sunset Imports and ask them if they know anything

about parts for the interior lights. Maybe there is a part for a fuse

on a wire leading to the glove box.

There in Oregon so you will need to call them in the evening.

Here is their 800 number.

1-800-346-0182

Again, good luck.

Paul, thanks for that, I'll give them a call.

I'll keep you posted.

Hi, Here is an update, just in case anyone else has the same problem.

in shorting the bulb, it must've blown the micro switch.

Replaced the switch and bulb holder loom and all is now working.

Thanks for the tips.
