Installed new GHL mufflers yesterday and love the sound. The down side is that both sides leak at the cat sleeves. Tried various torques, but nothing seems to solve. I'll call GHL tomorrow, but thought I would give the forum a try first.

TIA

CAn't wait to get mine on.. Still waiting on the dealer to fix the rattling door/whistling window and clanking tranny/flywheel..

If they can't hear it on the test drive with the stock exhaust, I know they not gonna hear anything with a GHL..

Talked to JJ at GHL this am - says I need to take the mufflers to a muffler shop and have them swedged to a larger diameter. They did offer to send me another set that had already been swedged. They also will pay for muffler shop service. Don't know whether my mufflers missed a manufacturing step or they are using a bad spec.

Rattling door? What are the symptoms? I had a rattle that ended up being fixed on the 5th try. It was the steel strip that holds the door part-way open or full open. It retracts into the door when the door is closed and it was touching steel and causing the rattle.

I'm taking it in again tomorrow.. I'll mention that to them.

I hear the rattling at low speed turns or going over bumpy roads. I think I also hear it when i'm banging the door panel or speaker area as a test. :(

I'm going to keep bringing it back until they can fix it.. Such a waste of my time but I'm not going to take NO for an answer.. As a comsumer I have rights damnit.. hahahahhaha
