This is a wonderful spiralbound book, about 100 pages of great color pictures, photographs, and detail explanations of how the newest 997 works.

Order thru your dealers parts dept

I tried to order it last week and there are none in the US. All of the initial shipment must have been given to the mechanics when they went to 997 school. But I was able to order it today as there were 30 in Ontario.

Hi All,

I am new on this board. I saw a posting on ebay for the service information manual for the 2004 911. Is there a similar book for the GT3 model?

Thank you.

Hi Tool Pants,

Any chance I can get the part number for the book? Also, will the dealer parts department have a list for all available service information manual or is there a list floating on the internet already?

Many thanks.

Your dealer should have a list of publications.

My GT3 booklet for 2003/05 is PNA 489 021 04. I assume the part number for 2005 ends in 05.

The 2005 booklet will only tell you what, if any, changes were made for 2005. It is like a supplement. So you should also get the 2003/04 booklet.

This book (997) is a publication of PCNA so it's not available in Europe.

Would anybody be able to direct me to a website where I can order it (btw - I tried PelicanParts but they are out of stock and can't tell when they will get it again)

TIA
