so i tested my head light washer system after a very long time and it started leaking from the bottom some where from the right side , I traced it down to right nozzle (i think) i removed the R head light and noticed thru a small opening that bottom of the R nozzle was dripping fluid (cant tell from where) the hose connected to the nozzle seems to be fine so iam not sure where it is leaking from the bottom of the nozzle, i am assuming a new nozzle, so do i need to remove the bumper to get to the nozzle, dosent seem like any other way, some 997 guys have accessed it via fog light , but for a turbo fog light assembly is different . any suggestion as to is it my nozzle and or if i need to remove my front bumper.

P.S I also read some where there the nozzle need adjusting as part of maintainence , not sure what that is

thanks

The best is a bumper removal, it is possible that the nozzle is separated partially, and that is only good visible with the bumper removed.

You will need to see if the hose and/or clamp are leaking or if you have a cracked nozzle.

loren i noticed it was dripping from the bottom of the nozzle after removing the headlights, cant pinpoint exactly, is is normal for them to crack ? i think that could be my problem because i do not see any leak from the hose itself, i guess i have to remove the bumper now :(
