Speedometer different than OBD2 by 6 km

I have a weird problem. My Speedometer electronic/and analog will show for example 100km but the OBD2 will show 93km an hour and so will GPS. Not sure what the problem, if only the analog was wrong that would make some sense. but the digital display is wrong too? I guess they get the same data from somewhre (wheels)???

I can't do good 0-60 times because the engine shuts off too soon. at about 93km on 2 gear but its at 7000 Rpm so maybe thats good.

I think this is a common problem with all of these cars. The digital / analog speedometer is slightly higher than actual speed. I brought this up to my dealer back in '04 for my Boxster and was told by the service manager that anything within 5MPH is considered to be in specification for the vehicle.
