IPD fault

hello all

i hope you can help me. my car 996tt 02 is flashed + exhaust by sportec.ch. I have installed IPD plenum with BT 75 mm and the car give psm / abs default P0103 code 115 (maf) and p1109 code 594+5525error data. I changed a new maf, but that is the same problem. I turn back to original installation and all ok

you have ideas

When you say "turn back to original", I guess you mean back to the Sportec setup, but without the IPD plenum, right? BTW, do you have the Sportec Stage 1 upgrade?

I'm sorry I can't help (just have no clue), but I wouldn't do any 'external' mods to an already chipped engine. Having a patchwork of optimizations probably doesn't help on the long term.

P0103 Mass Air Flow Sensor - Above Limit

Possible fault cause

- Intake air system on pressure side (between turbocharger and engine) leaks

- Short circuit to B+

- Mass air flow sensor faulty

- Throttle jacking unit faulty

P0115 Engine temperature - signal implausible

Possible fault cause

- Thermostat (permanently open)

- Open coolant shutoff valve (only Tiptronic vehicles)

- Wiring

- Temperature sensor faulty

- DME control module faulty

P1109 Input Variables, charge measurement - above limit

Possible fault cause

- Heavily soiled throttle

- Throttle adjusting unit faulty

- Mass air flow sensor faulty

Does the car refuses the plenum or BT?

the manufacturer about an adaptation period of 5 to 55 miles, I have driven for 100km without matches

Should the ECU reflash?
