Both you and Scree mentioned that CA did the ROW030 install for $800. Well, they just quoted me $1,000. They said $800 is for installation only and does not include alignment.

Just wondering if your $800 install included the alignment?

For $1,000, that's quite a bit more then say what RennWerks would charge. I was quoted $670 for complete install at RennWerks, and they offer 10% discount for PCA members.

Just wondering why such a big delta? (between the $800 and $1,000, and between CA and RW)...

Yes, that price included a sports alignment (usually $120). I can't speak for Scree but I take all my cars to Custom Alignment for tire mounting, balancing and alignment. Perhaps I was quoted a lower price because of that? Why don't you talk to Joe Silva (the owner) and ask him why his price is higher than RennWerks?
