Hello from Italy,

yesterday inspecting the conditions of the ritual RMS leakage on my 997 3.6, I noticed some blue spots near the attack of the exhaust manifold of the right bank.

I enclose a photo:

I thought that it might be residual of anti-seize compounds used in the assembling.

What do you think about it?

Agree with your assessment. Looks like some residue from something got baked from the heat. Based on location, there should not really be anything that would leak there anyway and it appears to be

only in that one spot...not distributed....So I would not worry. At least that is my thought on it.
