Hello just hoping you can advise me on this - when i drive away with my car i always feel and hear vibrations from the gearbox, nothing serious i guess but i feel it through the entire car and i dont like it - can i remove this or is this "part of driving a boxster" ; also the clutch goes pretty heavy i need to have some RPM to drive away else it stalls, is this also normal behavior or can i also tune or modify this?

It's a my1997 (early)

Problem 1: probably faulty front engine mount, replace

2: heavy clutch operation indicates a nearly worn clutch assy., replace friction disc, pressure plate and release bearing.

2.5 Liter Boxsters engines are no example of flexibility cause lack of torque on low RPM, this is rather normal behaviour.

Thank you for your quick response, is this an easy diy ? or you recommend a car dealer to do this?

It can been seen as a DIY, depends on the tools, room and experience available. Do a search on the board, both items are discussed here many times.
