My 04 Cayenne S is throwing 2 codes, no CEL.

DME:

907

Load management operat. on vehicle

electrical sys./DME control module

Present

No other codes or engine miss, slight tick from engine??

Coils?

Other one is the Air suspension, I get the "Faulty/workshop message" on startup now and than. Code is:

1772

Signal lead for pressure sensor

Pretty sure I can solve this with the VW Compressor rebuild kit.

Fault code 0907

Load management operation on vehicle electrical system/DME control module

Possible causes of fault:

- 'no display' Loads are/were switched off temporarily. The load management operation was enabled because of undervoltage.

Likely caused by a low battery - or battery replacement. I would clear it and see if it comes back (after checking your battery of course).

Fault code 1772

Pressure sensor signal wire

Possible cause of fault

- Short circuit to B+ in the wiring of pin 84 of the level control module

- Short circuit to ground in the wiring of pin 84 of the level control module

- Open circuit in the wiring of pin 84 of the level control module

- Level control module receives implausible signal from pressure sensor

- Pressure sensor faulty

- Level control module faulty

Likely a bad suspension air spring or connection.

If you have had battery problems I suggest clearing these codes and seeing if they come back. A low or bad battery can cause all kind of strange faults.

Thanks Loren! I cleared them and the 907 has not returned. Unfortunately the 1772 has returned and seems to give the Faulty/workshop error when the outside temps are cooler.

I dont suspect any bettery issues.

Sorry, you will likely need a PIWIS tester to further diagnose the level sensor/suspension issue.
