Hi guys I'm new to the forum but as my first post I was wonderng if anyone knew where to find a guide to installation of the HID kit on a boxster. I know it isnt anything too advanced but I found nothing from any search. Any help would be appreaciated thanks in advance.

Well I don't feel like spending 1k when I can spend 399.00 and get a similar beam. Sure I have the warm up technicality but I have some experience with HID kits made for other vehicles that work perfectly fine.

Certainly your choice. I (personally) would just stay away from non-Porsche parts to get the effect of a genuine part in this instance. Hate to have anything go wrong and then be out 5X as much in repairs.

I did the bulb swap to HID - detailed here >>>>> Clickie

Get the Litronics. The HID bulb replacements are not even legal. Since they're using non-HID lenses, the beam pattern will suffer compared to Litronics. Also, you'll have to check the non-OE wiring harnesses/ballasts/etc. very carefully. Mounting in the Porsche headlamp "module" is not like mounting in a standard engine compartment where you can pretty much mount things anywhere and find good power.
