I'm considering installing a parking assist system on my '07 C4S and will have to mount 4 sensors in the rear bumper. I've seen many posts for removing the bumper and don't forsee any issues there, but I wanted to know if there is an easy path to get the wires into the passenger compartment for connection to the control unit.

Thanks Paul,

Where's a good place to get that info?

If your car did not come with the Parkassist option then you do not have the wiring.

In that case you would have to run the wiring yourself.

I found the control unit. It is number 23

in the picture. It is part #996-618-171-03.

I have no idea where this goes in the car. If you got this installed and ran the wires to

the sensors, you still would need to take your car to the dealer so the

computer could be set to read the control unit.
