I can't believe it!!!!

The weather was a bit warm (for Long Isalnd anyway!) So I went to lower the top, (being careful to use the "chop" method) and **** IT! the rear window CRACKED! :censored:

I decided to hold of on any replacement for the winter and see if I can find a sail maker locally who can replace the plastic rear window in the spring.

I just had to get this off my chest!

I am waiting for my turn since I have a 1997.

Labor rates are high where I live. A shop has to remove the top, sew in a new window, then reinstall the top. That is going to cost about as much as I could buy an aftermarket top on ebay for $400.

Buy this top and let us know if it is any good.

If you want to pay $6,500 for the 4 bow frame used on 2003/3. And that is just the price for the frame. Add about $2000 for the top, and labor. That is why no one has done it.
