I have checked the manual and looked at other Cayenne pictures and haven't seen it yet. Any idea what it's? How to use it?

That's the switch to disengage the anit-roll bars. Sorry I don't know the details but it should be in your manual in the section regarding the transfer case or using low range.

Its the Haggis* Hunting option .. .it deflates tyres on one side as well as lowering the suspension on that side so you can drive around a hill on the slope, with the car level .. while chasing Haggis.. make sure you Drive Anti Clockwise around the hill .. if you go clockwise it all goes wrong.. Haggis you see run Clockwise so your in perfect position to catch them

This means that it is well adapted to run around the hills at a steady altitude, without either ascending or descending. However a haggis can easily be caught by running around the hill in the opposite direction.

As stated dissengage anti roll bars, only works in low range and makes interesting noises when activated. Had it on my last CN, never used it in anger but for serious offroad stuff guess you would need it. It's fully detailed in your handbook how to use it. Whats not in the handbook is the seperate hydraulic system top up point, open your rear hatch and on the left there is an upper plastic trim, lift this off and you have a hydraulic top up point and long dip stick.

Wild guess, but the graphic implies PDCC (Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control), which keeps the car level when cornering etc... BUT, on other cars I have seen "PDCC" explicitly spelled out on the control (though those are all facelift models).

Is this part of that special "off road package" that included additional skid plates and made it better for serious offroading?
