hi,

just wondering what is that beep sound after that 2 beeps when i press the lock button on the remote? just after the door are lock maybe 5 seconds after another single beep will sound? is this a warning of some sort? thanks for any input

thanks for the fast reply. yes i have a problem with the central lock. i cant operate my locks when im inside and when the car is running. but i usually get 2 beeps only after locking the doors when i park. its just recently that i get another beep. sorry for my lack of understanding on the beep sounds but what do you mean by alarm zones? how do i check on that sir? thanks

You can only read alarm faults with either the Durametric software, a Porsche PST2 tester, or a Porsche PIWIS tester.

You will need to connect one of these to the car to see what is causing the fault(s).
