Would be interested to find out how this might be possible. Found this thread, CDR - 30 language and then this one identifying the manufacturer, CDR-30 manufacturer. I know that in MBs it was was possible to make changes by pressing certain keys in sequence/together. Searching the web hasn't produced anything for me. Maybe I'm not hitting on the correct search words. Thanx for any help.

Should be the same process as the PCM system.

Setting the language

1. Press the Info button.

2. Press the Option button or touch the tab of the same name in the header.

3. Select "SET PCM system"

> "Regional settings"

> "Language".

4. Select the desired language.

The CDR-30 unfortunately isn't a PCM, its a simple radio. Therefore the PCM steps will not work. Here is a pic of the unit in question. Pic was taken from Porsche site link and is showing the display in German. Notice the TP in the lower right. Refer to the links in my original post. It appears there might be way to switch , but how and what steps are involved. Thanx

Post edited to make it clearer that I'm after setting it to the German version, not just language alone. Thanx
