How was it stolen? Was it in your gararge or a storage place? Seems kind of unusual to steal a race car.. Much harder to hide the parts. Man that really s#@ks. I'm in the Pasadena area and l'll let the community know that your car has been nabbed.

It's insured right??

Thanks guys!

Some idiot probably thought it was a great steal until they realize every custom part is marked, and hot, and everyone is on the lookout for those parts, that it's a well known Redline Time Attack racecar.

Car is white with silver under (u can see it at door sills and mirrors and interior is silver w silver/black.

Whatever happens, chopped or found or gone overseas I can never get the 250 hours of my own hand work back, that I spent tailoring this car to my exact taste and perfection for roadcourse racing.

I'm sorry.. I guess there is the chance that you"ll get it back. Kinda hard to fence race parts.. Too obvious and rare.. Do you think it could be someone you know?

Just a bump, car not found yet.

It's silver under the white wrap.

Pls keep looking, the police are getting closer and are greatly helped if we keep forcing the thieves to sit on the parts from the car (if we = the community block the thieves from trying to sell anything).

Thanks soo much for your support!!

MrWhite,

I have spotted a white heavily stripped Porsche by a friends house in Los Angeles. I sure hope its not yours. Given the bad location I rather not stop to look at the VIN.

Exit the 10 Freeway (West) on Arlington, make a Left (heading South), make a Right on Mont Clair, you'll find the car on south side of Montclair before 7th Ave.

Best of luck.

Aw that is terrible mate. Here's hoping the fleas from a thousand camels infect their nether regions. Seriously though, this makes my blood boil. You worked for this dream and some deviant lifts it and will probably try to sell it back to you too. That's why I stay where I do. Good luck finding it.

Hey all, it seems the swine who stole my car may have started to part out, either just the mods or also rest of the car. More than likely if they started stripping the car will be totally stripped so look also for interior etc.

Some parts have turned up that fit what I had all too well.

Keep eyes open!

GMG cage

KW coilovers w blue swift springs

Rotec seats, alcantara/leather with silver stichting

Schroth belts

Eibach Racing swaybars

Custom exhaust (Afterhours with small cans and race cats)

GT2 intercoolers (have sharipe text on them saying a 996 part number)

GT2 wheels w or w/out Hankook rubber.

A whole car with fishy story, or OE parts with fishy story.

Black interior with silver accents/center console.

Bose subwoofer. PCM1 headunit.

How do they get around using main items like DME & control units. They all have to be coded into another car. you need the codes from the IPAS system. I thought it was to make things hard to sell on??

If you have a crashed car and take DME alarm unit and immo, they are coded together. Put them into another car and those three modules check each other, say "fine" cuz codes are right then off you go.
