Hey guys,

I have a Cayenne with a panoramic view which I want to leave open so the inside of the car is cooler when I get into it. I live in the south of Spain which extremely hot.

I would like to know how can I disable the alarm of the car so I can have my panoramic view open without sounding the alarm. Its inside a covered garage so I have no worries of theft or vandalism.

I tried disabling it through the menu but every time I lock the door, it goes back on. And for some odd reason the alarm goes off when my roof is open.

Any help on this would be much appreciated it!

Thanks in advance!

try disabling internal motion sensor. i think there is a switch on the bottom of B pillar next to driver's seat

You can also turn off the interior motion alarm sensor via PCM. See attached. Perhaps you have bats in your garage. :)
