2002 C4 with tape deck radio. Bought the keys to remove the radio and cant' figure out where to insert them. I did a search and can't find a picture any where on how to do this. Feel like an idiot because I know this has to be easy. Need to swap out the radio for the CDR 220 I bought so I can plug in and get serial number. I got the serial number from the side of the CDR 220 and submitted that to get help with the radio codes but was told I have to get them off of the radio face. I have to swap out the radio and get power to it before I can do that and can't figure out how to use the "keys" to get the old radio out. Does someone have a picture of where to put the keys.

No picture but take off the face and they slide in on the left and right edge. Search the net, I've seen a pic. before. Good luck.

Before you yank the radio out, did you read http://www.renntech....radio-code-faq/ ?? "Hold down the TP button for at least 10 seconds after you turn the radio on. "Becker 1" will be displayed. Rotate the right knob (slowly) and it will display the Becker model number. Then rotate it again and the serial number should be displayed on the radio." The search function here is very helpful!
