Hiya

I have a spare cap if you want. I had it in my C2 & it made a bit of a difference in terms of induction noise higher up the rev range, but not a huge amount.

Its so easy to put in / take out that you can do it & if you decide its no different just whip it out again.

Not sure about others, but I found it made just a little difference to the sound higher up the rev range. I don't think it harms the car having it in & in the 6 montsh I had it in I never had any problems - car felt fine.

The reason I removed it was that while it didn't seem to harm the car, because of the minimal sound difference I thought I would remove it just in case.

Had the sound been transformed, it would have stayed in.
