Boxter s , 2000 33k miles on it , when ac engaged makes a lot of noise, also rpm variations when idle. no problems at high rpm only below 1000. Please help going crazy with this issue, can this be something else?

Go through the engine access panel behind the seats.

SOUND ITS COMING FROM ALTERNATOR, LOOKS LIKE THE BEARINGS AT THE PULLEY ARE GONE. SHOULD I REPLACE THIS ONE OR SENT IT FOR REBUILD? SHOULD I CHANGE THE TENSIONERS AT THE SAME TIME?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, IM A ROOKIE WITH PORSCHES, MY DREAM CAR
