Removal of Passengenger end of dash board

I am removing a previous owners installation of a cell phone and need to get behind the panel with the side vent at the passenger end of the dash board. I have removed the two screws on the door side and the one behind the interior temperature sensor grill. It's loose but there is a something else holding it and rather that hearing one of those irreversible snaps I thought I would ask for some assistance. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the picture. I took a quick run out to the garage and gave a healthy tug and it did not move. I have some other work to finish so it will be few days before I can get back to cleaning up the wiring mess. I will try prying around the edges with a putty knife. I shall let you know how it turns out. Thanks for the help! Just a tight fit!Some tugging and pulling did the trick. Thanks for the help.

I pried, pulled, bent and twisted and it will not come free. I think there is a clip or something on the bottom edge as it is secure. Rather than chance breaking it I wrapped the wire I was attempting to remove around a dowel and with some brute force was able to remove the wire from inside windshield pillar. Thanks for help.

I saw a used end cap for sale on ebay so I sent a note asking about its removal. Seems the back side fits over the air duct tube and it is usually a very tight fit.
