Tried a search but haven't found what I am looking for. Thinking about replacing the stock black gauge faces with the white or aluminum faces to match some of the aluminum interior trim pieces. I have seen prices range from 25.00 for adhesive overlays to 299.00 for white or silver replacement faces. Any reccomendations from someone who has already done this? More than capable of a DIY but want to make sure I buy a quality product and that it works well. And, does anyone have pictures of either the white or the aluminum? Would appreciate a PM or email with a good quality picture of both in a black interior if you have them. Any other thoughts or advice greatly appreciated.

www.nrauto.com. I do not have experience with them. I heard that there is backlight loss (a bit too opaque).

www.fvd.com (nice. but, expensive). However, if you find the right ones for your car, they are on sale now.

www.6speedonline.com. Do a search for gauges_by_ken. Getting cheaper ones. Not for 99s, but yes for 02's.

Or, you can pm me. I am manufacturing my own as I am customizing them (i.e. gemballa, techart) and did not like anything out there. If you want standard silver or white, you can just buy them that's probably the best option. I just do not like to compromise.

In general, replacing the faces is pretty easy.
