I live in the Burbank California area and I am looking for a good independent Porsche repair shop. I need to get my clutch replaced in the next couple of weeks and do not want to get burned.

It might be worth your while to look a bit more south of LA. there are many independents in South Orange County i can think of.

If i were to go anywhere in LA and trust their opinion it would be TRE Motors. They're incredibly trustworthy and do amazing work.

Thanks for the recommendation. My car is with Tre Motorsports right now. So far so good. Will update with my experience.

Just got my baby back from TRE Motorsports. They are the BEST! I have never had such great service provided to me. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service and now have found my dedicated repair shop.

Service Manager Jeremy and Owner Dave were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Email responses took less than 30 min and everything was completed on time as promised. They never made me feel pressured to buy anything and the job was completed within 10% of the quote ( clutch slave cylinder was on its way out - charged me less to purchase and install it, than it would have cost me to buy it from Pelican parts). Pricing was the best in the area.

Anyone looking for an independent Porsche shop should give these guys a call first.
