the sound of hunking when i lock my carrera as if something is not closed correctly i checked everything i know but everything seems to be ok but the sound still comes when i lock it is there anything i should check other than door / fuel panel / bonnet / engine bonnet / trunk / center consol . :renntech:

Center console is the most common cause or after market radio installed. You'll need to have the codes read to pin-point the problem.

thanks guys . after market radio . blaupunkt radio installed yesterday but it installed nicely excat same wires and no change in the Becker wires . shall i take it to the dealer to fix this

The radio is not equipped with a anti theft spot or the spot is not exactly situated in line with the spot on the support, remove the radio and tape off (insulating tape) a good part of the radio, where the unit meets the anti theft spot on the side of the support.
