As a 'all-in-one' solution from Porsche, what's included?

- 4 x dampers, 4 x springs? Are thicker Anti-roll bars and bushes included? Any idea on their thickness?

And finally (:)) is there any point in upgrading any of these components (for example, ditching the AR bars for H&R items?)

Fantastic - thanks Loren. I don't suppose anyone knows what the physical difference is between a stock stabiliser and the upgraded one?

That will vary kit to kit (and the kit changes depending on model, transmission, etc.). Porsche puts together "balanced" shock, spring, and swaybar sets for performance and safety.

I think the Boxster S would have the largest swaybars but I do not know the exact measurements.
