I love the internet. Had a 2004 Cayenne S come in for bad ESL, replace the ESL and it unlocked. Trouble was that my PIWIS would not connect to the car, terminal 15 was offline. Checked relay 443 under the driver seat, it worked but it was not clicking as you turn key. Power and ground were there, but the wire from Kessy that would activate the 443 relay (terminal 15) had no signal/open circuit. If I manually bypassed the relay by using a loop of wire around pin 30 and 87 on the 443 relay, car would start and have no faults.

As per this thread, I ripped out the carpet and behold....

Those were the exact wire from Kessy to 443 relay to activate terminal 15 to turn on rest of the car.

Also for good measure I ripped off the tape for other wires and found these:

Cut out the corroded wires, crimped and soldered and heatshrink, then put everything back together.

Car is no longer throwing various codes again.....OP rules!

Does anyone have a passenger side wiring diagram description in color? That’s easy to understand. I have like nine wires that are just corroded.
