Can anyone tell me what this part is? I've got a small leak of cooling fluid from it. I've 'drawn' a red square around the part.

It looks like it is held in place by two bolts; I'm hoping that I can remove what appears to be a small square cover plate, replace the seal, or gasket, without much trouble.

It is on the passenger side, front of the engine; in the picture you can see the oil filter cannister as a reference.

Thanks!

Looks like the cooling water channel cover (metal) seal which is leaking, easy to replace, with drained engine (cooling water)

THanks, RFM; now that I know what it is called I can begin searching for it in the manuals I purchased from porschelibrarian!
