Combined Switch '06 CS USA Please

Hi,

I'm looking for a part # for the "combined switch", item 12 in the illustration below.

I realize there must be multiple parts depending on options, but the one on my car

has only 2 switches; spoiler and PSM. I cannot decipher the model designations to

determine which part is correct; I475/476/I639/640?

Item 12 has 4 possibilities:

P 997 613 139 00

P 997 613 137 00

P 997 613 135 00

P 997 613 133 00
