997 seats in a 996

Are any modifications required to install a set of 997 seats in a 2002 996 C2? I'm curious about the rails, electronic controls, seat heaters and airbags.

I tried search before posting. No luck. i saw some discussion over on 6Speed, but not detailed.

I remember a thread on this not too long ago. I beleive that the rails are the same but the connectors for power are different. I recall that it's not an easy swap. Hopefully somone else will chime in with more info.

Thanks for that reference. It does confirm they are a direct bolt-in. However, it doesn't really say if the electrical items can be made to work. And, if so, HOW? I found basically the same thread on 6Speed and will try to get that person to give more wiring details.
