I just bought a 2006 Boxster and the CD player skips quite badly when the car hits even a very minor bump in the road. I assume this is not normal as it renders the CD player virtually unusable. I can't locate a lot of posts on the web where people are complaining about this with their Boxsters. The car still has 1/2 year of warranty so I can have the dealer look at it, but thought I'd reach out to this forum to see if my problem was a common one or not.

Thanks!

It's not a common problem, a visit to the dealer is recommended since the car has still warranty.

I have this problem as well, however the cd changer in the front trunk seems to work a lot better than the in dash player, especially on cdr disks...
