Probably one of the hydraulic lifters loose a little pressure after a couple of days standstill (ticking noise), i would not worry me as long the noise is not present by daily use.

Most engines will have valve tick if they have been sitting for a long period of time, regardless of what oil if used. It can be worse and more frequent in those engine that are not driven for long period of time after warm up as the moisture in the oil can oxidize inside the lifters and cause them to temporarily stick even when oil is getting to it. Moisture can also bind the valve in the sleeves. If the tick does not go away within a few seconds, sometimes shutting the engine down for a few minutes and restarting will correct it.

I had this happen the other day after the car had been sitting for two weeks and it was scary (before i read this post) as it was loud and did not disappear until the engine was thoroughly warmed. The good news is that there has been no noise on subsequent cold starts when the car sat only overnight.

I too have had this noise occasionally on a cold start. I put it down to hydraulic tappets as it was a similar noise I used to have in a VW. It's a bit frightening at first especially when the car is started next to a wall and the driver's window is open as the reflected sound amplifies the effect. It normally goes away after a short period.
