Hi, does anyone know how to modify the beam direction on my lhd 997 xenon headlights? I need them to point the other way for an mot test, this was always possible with other makes of xenon lights by flicking a switch inside the light, perhaps this is the case with 997's or maybe someone can tell me another way??

So... how is it done? I don't see the answer and this might help someone else out down the road if you post the results.

Release the headlight from the wing and there is a switch with "O" and "T" settings, T being Touring position. This removes the high angle of the beam and is handy when crossing the channel! See attached.

Possibly only applies to the european and UK specification headlight as there are LHD/ RHD bordering countries. I doubt the USA north america headlights which are a different spec have the same capability.
