Can anyone provide any advise on this fault.

Just recently ,when I turn the ignition the display shows a warning regarding the door locks , 'workshop required' with a key symbol.

It then goes out after about 30 seconds

I have changed the battery in the remote but no difference .........anyone have any suggestions

You will need to find someone with the Durametric software or a PIWIS tester to find the fault code(s) to fully diagnose the problem.

I would suggest checking the condition of the battery/batteries as they can cause odd faults in these vehicles. If they test ok then your next step is to access all ECU's for fault codes. And as Loren suggested, you'll need access to the PIWIS or Durametric tools.

Please provide model year and market in your post.
