hello every one i bought a boxster a few moths ago that needed tlc,

well its now getting it now the car was parked next to something that was on fire

which damaged the drivers door, mirror and top pics can be seen in this thread i will be posting my work as it moves along

first thing we did was use aircraft paint stripper to get the door and fender down to bare metal

to nutralize the stripper you only need to wash the panel then dry and sand

after sanding the first primer coat was sprayed on 15 minz later the second coat

im sorry about the pic quality i left my camera at home so i used my phone, whats left to do now is disasemble some parts ie lights front/back, mirrors and a few other bits so that the car can be sanded down for the primer sealer then base coat and then clear coating all of this will be done in a day if all goes well. here is the car after the door/fender strip prime job
