Hello,

I understand that Porsche offers aluminum packages from the factory. Is it true that these parts are simply painted with artic silver paint or something else? Thank you!

yes, but be careful with your wording. What I mean is that they are not simply just painted artic silver. They are factory painted with the highest quality. I have yet to see anybody "spray" a part to look factory alum look that looks as good. Eric at bumperplugs does prob the best replica work, but other than that I would only buy factory parts. Especially when you can get parts at cost +15% from Sunset (link at top).

so sorry I haven't posted anything. I am have been so swamped with the semester starting up (I teach at the University). I plan on writing up a detail of what I did. I differed somewhat from what others told me on the board. As for the video, I didn't realize that my tape ran out so all I got was a basic brake removal (1st step). I'll post this weekend.
