Bought a Boxster whose "oil sprung" -- '99 Tip 2,5L with 92.5K miles on it -- Other than engine issues -- it's in very good condition.

I happened to have an engine of the same model -- so price was too good to pass up.

put Angel on the lift last night and the IMS bolt was staring back down at us!

My first solo work -- pulled the bumper, exhaust and disconnected the coolant hoses..... ready for engine and transmission removal

Wow I like the "glitter" on the oil filter :lol:

Might have to shellac that and hang it from the Xmas tree :rolleyes:

I can't wait to see what that inside of the engine looks like.
