Does anyone have a wire schematic for 03 S low beam headlights? My passinger side (LHD) is flaky. I already replaced the switch and bulb. I suspect the relay may be bad.

Scott

Check the connector inside the fender. I have seen the wire connectors push out and broken connectors.

Loren, I pulled the inner fender off and made sure the plug was seated with the clip removed.

You have tried switching the bulbs from one side to the other to see if the problem follows the bulb - right?

Yes, I switched the bulbs and the problem remained the same.

Have U checked the fuse A9?

also check your relay HCS F28

If those are fine,,,,

this is based on a 2000 diagram.

0.75 BK/GN-turn signal HOT+.

0.75 GR/RE-side marker HOT+.

1.5 WT-high beam HOT+.

2.5 BR-ground

1.5 YE/WT-fog light HOT+

1.5 YE-low beam HOT+

1.5 BR-ground low beam.

-I would get a multi or 12V meter,

-remove passenger Headlight,

-engage switch,

-measure between YE-low beam HOT / BR-ground,

that should give U a good point to trouble shoot.

Good luck.
