Hi guys, Im looking to install a set of Fabspeed sport cats 200 cell.

Just a couple of questions before I start :

Do I need to remove mufflers for the install?

Do I need a different bracket for the cats?

I will post complete pics of the install for those who are interested in this mod.

thanks

Can't help answer your question but I am due for some new cats. Which ones did you get? The old style two piece units or the single with the crossover?

I was wondering too, if the Fabspeed X pipe for 996 was worth looking into. I have not come across any reviews yet either.

Ill start the install probably tommorow, will see if mufflers need to be removed..

I got the 2 piece style for a great deal off a fellow member, brand new.

What's the plus with X pipe??

Mufflers does not need to be removed for a catalytic converters install!

Sometimes it could be hard to remove sensor from cats, the right tool is required.

My review of this mod : better throttle response, with a pretty good sound increase.

Love it with my PSE!!
