Loren, have you ever heard of a Purge Valve on a Cayenne S. its related to P0441 Incorrect Purge Flow error

Its supposed to be under the design covers drivers side. I cannot see on PET, I admit I am still not used to it tho.

P0441 Fuel tank ventilation system above limit value/below limit value

Possible causes:

- Tank vent faulty (remains stuck in an open or closed position)

- Tank vent installed the wrong way round

- Leak in scavenging lines between tank vent and positive crankcase ventilation (in the Turbo via a T-piece also on the intake side of the turbocharger)

- Scavenging lines between tank vent and positive crankcase ventilation trapped or blocked (in the Turbo via a T-piece also on the intake side of the turbocharger)

Item 20 is correct. Carefully check all of the hard plastic lines associated with the valve as they can crack and split where the line meets a fitting. The plastic line is heat shrunk onto a barbed portion of a fitting and that's the most common place they fail.

Thanks, just destroy the old part when replacing or hoses required ?

I've never actually had to replace the valve, the fault has always been a break in one of the hard lines which I repaired with dual wall shrink tube.

Loren any chance of getting the PET diagram for the tank vent valve 955 605 241 00 ?

I have checked everywhere online and can't find a single PET diagram to see where this part is. i went to sunset porsche and they printed out the diagram for the V6 engine, and he couldn't get me a diagram for the 4.8L V8.

Thanks in advance
