PCM2 Sat Nav Problem

I hope that someone can help!

I have recently bought a 2003 C2 and the PCM2 works perfectly (radio + CD changer) but the sat nav does not work at all.

The sat nav screen reads "starting sat nav" but just hangs

There is also a "not reading CD" type message

I have tried an audio CD in the single CD slot and it appears to try to play it. I can toggle through tracks and the track time moves as if playing but no sound is heard.

I would be grateful for any ideas that anyone has

This happens when you remove the battery or power to the unit.. The unit is looking for the Navigation CD so it can re-load the maps. Try inserting the navigation cd. If you are getting an error reading the cd, its possible that the cd is damaged.
