For some reason my blackbox is different from all the rest.

I did the following and the tach would turn off. I disconnect the box and tach would turn on.

Red to 12v (red/blue)

Yellow to Tach (violet/green)

Black to ground

Gray to injector

Green to injector

I hook the yellow wire to the tach wire on the car and the tach stops. I disconnect the yellow and the tach works.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone.

I think no one has suggested because no one has a supercharger in their car..or at least tried to install it themselves. Contact the TPC from Maryland at tpc website. This site is usually good if someone has already came across with issues....good luck man!

Sorry,

I am afraid you are a lone wolf out there with a TPC SC. Unlikely anyone here will have a clue. All the other TPC SC 986s went kaboom years ago. Last I heard TPC also discontinued all support for the 986 SC.

Figured it out myself and the results are outstanding.

As far as all the cars "blowing up", that is an ole wives tale.

So out of curiousity, What did you pay for it? I have been pondering the thought of doing something similar. My thought is if the engine blows, screw the kids college fund he can always get a scholorship. Daddy needs a 3.4 or 3.8 in his box!! :drive:
